We would recommend East Coast Construction over any other general contractor in the Melbourne area. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the process and the results.

From the first time we visited their flooring showroom, we knew this company was different. Just simply by the staffs’ attitude and most of all, knowledge of their products. We were so impressed by knowledge level of the young staff in their two showrooms. These younger professionals answered all our questions on the spot. They really knew and understood all their product lines. This knowledge level is what sets East Coast Construction apart from other contractors who think they know everything.

At the start of our project, Dio and Sean provided us with an estimated work schedule and costs break-downs along with a payment schedule. Everything went exactly as planned.

Ideas were never forced onto us. East Coast Construction gave us ideas and we took it from there. And there was never any push-back pertaining to anything we wanted. East Coast Construction would talk to their craftsmen (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, tile installers and painters) and got back to us. We got everything we asked them to do for us. And all of the craftsmen were very pleasant and so easy to work with, as well as all of the East Coast Construction staff who came daily.

East Coast Construction designed our kitchen and both bathrooms to fit those spaces. We are extremely pleased with the exceptional design of our kitchen and bathrooms. The scope of work was all popcorn ceilings removed and re-surfaced, had all interior walls re-painted, all interior doors replaced which include closet and bedroom doors, had the entry front door replaced and the fire door to the garage replaced. We also added a few additional electrical outlets and LED light fixtures through-out the house, where none existed before.

If we ever need future construction work of any magnitude, I would most definitely, without a doubt contact East Coast Construction! Whether it be a smaller project or a whole house remodel. I can’t speak highly enough of what an amazing company this is to work with. If you give them a chance to set down and talk with you, you too will be impressed.

We had East Coast Construction SD handle a major renovation that involved: Complete kitchen remodel, with large island, cabinetry, flooring, and shelving, as well as Saltillo tile over almost 2000sq.ft. They provided excellent communications throughout the entire renovation, and kept us informed about work progress. Sean and Dio (owners of the company) were integral to taking our semi-formed ideas about the kitchen layout, and working with us to turn those ideas into reality. The kitchen is beautiful, and all of the floor work (and moldings), and painting are excellent! The cabinetry looks as nice as we had hoped, and the removal of an entire wall to open up the kitchen area makes a striking impression. The work was done as scheduled with only several minor problems that East Coast Construction worked closely with us to resolve. Their stated goal is to not leave the job until we are satisfied, and that was indeed the case! Their teams came on-time and tidied up before they left for the day. We could not be more pleased with the results, and these folks stand by their work. You will not find a better team to handle your needs. We've already recommended them to a number of other residents in our community. Bottom line...we could not be more pleased with Sean, Dio and the rest of the East Coast Construction SD team!

My experience with East Coast Construction was probably one of the most positive experiences one could probably have with a home renovation. Having never dealt with a home renovation and outside company before, I was a bit nervous about the process. Sean Carlisi and one of his designers, Dio, were extremely accommodating and just simply sincere individuals, who clearly put their customers first. Everyone - both East Coast employees and hired contractors - were all very attentive, responsive, respectful, trustworthy, and efficient. I was sent to them by a friend, who had nothing but great things to say - that's hard to come by in this area. My kitchen renovation was completed successfully, just about on time, and I couldn't be happier with the results!

We would like to thank ECC for a remarkable bathroom renovation. After 24 years in the military with 15 moves, we finally settled in our “forever” home. Sean and his team helped us remodeled 3 of our very outdated and “nearly impossible to use” bathrooms and within 2.5 months, the team have shown diligence and dedication to complete all bathrooms on scheduled. The entire process from our initial estimates, planning and discussions to the completion of the project could not have been done in a more satisfactory matter. Kevin, the project manager was on top of every step with daily visits to ensure the crew knew exactly what was required and to inspect what had been done. We were constantly in the know as to what to expect and when it would be done. As with any major renovations, there were a few hiccups (as expected), but Sean was able to maintain professionalism and efficiency handling the issues. The crew was professional, on time, polite, made minor changes with a smile, and always tidied up before they leave. Their attention to the specifics of the renovation as well as proper scheduling has been outstanding, resulting to a job well done and providing us our dream bathrooms. The completed jobs exceeded our expectations that we added two small projects - to replace an existing mural window with a French patio door, and to extend the bathroom closet. In our judgment, all projects were of fine quality and we are very happy that we selected ECC. We plan to use them again for our future project. We hired East Coast Construction SD to remodel our kitchen. They were by far the most professional company we saw. Sean (president) and Dio (vice-president) arrived with an extremely professional presentation and quickly proved they were a cut above the rest. Before they left, they answered all questions, presented samples of their products, and offered solutions to all our kitchen problems. Measurements were taking on the spot, and within 4 days we were given a computer graphic of our potential future kitchen. Prices were extremely reasonable. Throughout the remodel, we were kept informed of any changes to the timeline. Sean and Dio were hands on, their crews were terrific. Our kitchen is amazing! Had my kitchen redone in Feb 2021. Full gut and reno. First one I ever did, and I was warned that it was quite the endeavor. Sean and Dio and the crew made it look easy!! They were true pros the entire time. Dio has a great eye for style and helped us with our vision of the space, as well as picking out quality materials that suited our budget. Sean and his crew were able to execute that vision flawlessly, and I still can't believe how great the project turned out. The mind blowing part for me was that the finished product looked like it belonged there the entire time. The kitchen is in the middle of my house, and somehow they made it absolutely seamless. You couldn't even tell that we had done a reno. The attention to detail was unbelievable! That was the real magic! On the construction side of things, Sean and Kevin had a real handle on the subcontractors they use, and their work was also on time and of the highest quality. The kitchen was just the start of a full reno of my 1980's house, and I was so impressed with the guys at East Coast that we are already talking next steps! Can't wait to use them again. True pros, and master craftsmen!

These guys are absolutely amazing! I decided to have the exterior of my 25 year old house renovated. This company has experts in many areas. I initially was going to just repaint, but they were able to show me other areas that needed attention. First, they pressure washed and repainted my stucco and siding. Amazing job, with a lot of good advice on paint colors from their design expert Dio. They had an expert sand and re-varnish my very special cedar tongue-and-groove porch ceilings, which now look better than when I moved in!(Other contractors had proposed that I "paint over them" to save money..are you kidding? These guys recognize quality when they see it!) Outside doors that were failing were repaired or replaced. They showed my how an outside wooden staircase was unsafe, and in imminent risk of failure with potential for injury, and rebuilt a new one in two days, Patio fans and outside fixtures were replaced perfectly, All the while, the management kept in touch with me about progress and options. The work crew were all professional, polite, and kept the work site immaculate. I am beyond pleased with the finished product. After living in Florida for 35 years and working with contractors, I have never met a more professional, experienced crew whose aim is quality and customer satisfaction. And the pricing couldn't be beat. Overall, I cannot say enough about East Coast Construction SD and the quality and value of their work! Do not hesitate to call them if you have an outside job that needs to be done in the best way possible!

East Coast did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. They were one of only a few companies that would even talk to us before we officially closed on our house. We were so thankful that they were able to meet before we closed so we could get on there schedule. We were so impressed when they came to meet us with brochures and tape measures. Dio put together a virtual tour of what our kitchen would look like. This was a very nice touch. We didn't feel pressured to signing when we first got our quote which was great. Being new to the area and first-time major home renovators, we were extremely fortunate to find and hire East Coast Construction SD. From the beginning they were professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Sean and Dio were great at communicating with us; keeping us informed every step of our journey. There was never a time when we couldn't get in touch with them. As we were deciding on details - small and large - they had helpful insights and offered suggestions for improving the form and function for our home.
Our home remodel included everything from kitchen and master bathroom to to our guest bathroom, plumbing, electrical, garage, and painting inside and out. Their bid was very reasonable and showed their attention to detail, listening skills and the pride they take in all aspects of their work.
As the project commenced, we were impressed with the speed and progress they made. Their on-site supervisors and workers were just as professional, helpful and attentive to detail as Sean and Dio; especially Zach. They all worked with care and respect as if they were the home owners.
Throughout the duration of our project, we came to know some of the on-site workers. In doing so, we found that not only did Sean and Dio treat their customers with respect, they also treated their employees in the same manner. Their on-site workers regularly spoke highly regarding their fair treatment and favorable working environment. In this day and age, its nice to know that there are people and businesses who value ethics, kindness and fairness in their treatment of people.
As with any remodeling project, there are ups, downs and unforeseen circumstances. Sean and Dio worked seamlessly with us through all of that and I can honestly say that they are men of their word fully back any promises made. They are stand up, genuine people and run their business accordingly. I wouldn't go through any home remodeling project with out them. Our home is beautiful and looks amazing. In the future, as we continue making improvements, we will definitely hire them. That is the highest form of praise we could give anyone. We highly recommend Sean and Dio at East Coast Construction SD.

The entire team at East Coast were professional, on time, observant, clean and thorough.
