This detached garage addition was designed and built for a homeowner who wanted more parking space along with a personal escape right on their property. The empty plot of land beside the home gave us the perfect opportunity to create a fully functional multi car garage while keeping everything consistent with the original structure.

We matched the exterior finishes so the new garage blended seamlessly with the existing home. From the color and trim to the roofline and overall architectural details, everything was built to feel original and intentional.

Inside, the garage was engineered with a supporting wall designed to carry the load of vehicles driving up to the addition. Above the garage we created an open lounge space that the customer plans to turn into their own personal man cave.
